Personal Information: A graduate of
Steubenville Catholic Central, Lori continued her education in cosmetology and graduated from the
Pittsburgh Beauty
Academy in 1989 and has over 20 years experience
in the beauty industry. Lori is a managing cosmetologist
licensed
to practice the art of hair and nails in Ohio
and Pennsylvania. Aside from being Intrigue's Senior Designer,
Lori is also Smart Tan Certified and trained in the
administration of ultraviolet light for cosmetic tanning.
Susan M. Livingston: Director
of Operations, Intrigue Salons.
Specialty: Nails, Pedicures, Facials, UV Free Airbrush Tanning
& Airbrush Temporary Tattoo's.
Susan originally joined our staff in 2000 as a part-time
receptionist and in 2003 she became a licensed nail-tech. It would not be long after that she would move into management as
our Salon Coordinator. Susan would soon prove to be loyal, dependable and steadfast in taking Intrigue to a higher
level. A calm but steady presence, her work ethic and 7 years of prior business management experience has ensured us the most
dynamic and experienced management team in our history. Due in part to her drive and determination, Susan would be promoted
again to Salon Director on August 1st of 2004, ascending to upper level management in less than a year. Susan also temporarily
held the title of Transition leader prior to her assuming the Directors position during the early construction and hiring
phase of the opening of our second salon in Steubenville. Her intense motivation and concentration during that time set her
far apart from any other convincing us that she was the one for the Directors position. Aside from control of the day-to-day
decisions, Susan is responsible for all aspects of Intrigues two salon operation consisting of two managers, a salon coordinator
and up to twenty employees. She is accountable for the successful operation of both salons including sales, profitability
and efficiency. Other duties include the hiring and training of the staff as well as the development and implementation of
new policies. Susan will also focus on a business strategy that ensures the future growth of the business with an
eye on a third location in early 2013. Susan works directly with the owners. Susan is also Smart Tan Certified in
the use of cosmetic tanning.
Amy A. Kavanagh:
Manager,
Wintersville.

Personal Information: Amy is a 1993 graduate of the Scott School of Cosmetology
in Steubenville Ohio. Amy has been with Intrigue since 1997 and has played a significant role in the success we have enjoyed.
She was promoted to Salon Manager in 1999. Amy is reliable, patient, kind hearted, hard working, and willing
to go beyond the call of duty. Even during the period prior to her promotion as salon manager, Amy's attitude,
loyalty and dedication remained constantly of a high standard. These qualities continue to be true to this day. No one since has delivered the effort and purity that Amy has. In terms of impact, our continued
stability can always be traced back to her. Amy is responsible for the daily
operations of the Wintersville salon.
A managing cosmetologist, Amy is also Smart Tan Certified and trained in the administration
of ultraviolet light for cosmetic tanning.
Erica Sciarra, Manager, Steubenville: Specialty:
Up Do's
Erica is a licensed cosmetologist that has
demonstrated the potential needed to manage our salons. Her training continues in all aspects of salon operations
Erica was recently Smart Tan Certified in the use of UV light
and will be also be offering
UV free air-brush tanning services in the near future. Erica is available for appointments, Tuesday through Saturday.
Vikki J. Booher:
Salon Coordinator, Wint. & Steub.
Vikki
brings needed experience to our management team having temporarily filled both the salon coordinator and salon management
positions in the past. She originally joined Intrigue in 2001 and knows the workings of both salons as well as anyone. She
is Smart tan certified in the use of UV light and will provide support to both the salon managers and salon director.
